Be careful with this company..! When I went to pick up the car I had reserved (Alicante), I had to pay extra because they don't accept credit cards with initials only. The card must have your full name. I live in the Netherlands, and in almost all European countries credit cards only show initials... Thieves... in the end, I had to pay extra
Pas op met dit bedrijf..! Toen ik de auto ging ophalen die ik had gereserveerd (Alicante), moest ik extra betalen omdat ze geen creditcards accepteren met alleen initialen. De kaart moet je volledige naam bevatten. Ik woon in Nederland en in bijna alle Europese landen hebben creditcards alleen initialen + achternamen maar dat is voor hun niet genoeg... Oplichters... uiteindelijk moest ik extra betalen.
