at the administrationdesk where 5 people, only 2 where on the desk, the others where doing nothing. the staffmember at the desk tried to sell another insurance, we already had a all risk from 3th party which covered all damages but your staffmember tried us to believe it wasnt. after we let him know we didnt want any extra insurance he became very unpolite. the car was dirty inside, the system language was in Danisch so it took us a long time to change it to English. We hired many cars but Goldcar was the worst. We will never rent again at Goldcar and write our experience on many places. pictures of your lazy staff and the dirt inside the car will also be posted.
